Questions people ask

Does my AI need an API key?

No. You add https://hstd.app/mcp as a connector, sign in once in your browser, and approve it. Tokens are handled for you and can be revoked by disconnecting the client.

Can the AI publish without me?

No. Edits go to a draft with a preview link. Publishing is a separate step the assistant is told to take only after you approve.

What file types can I host?

Anything static: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, fonts, PDFs, videos. There is no server-side code and no database.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Three sites on a hstd.app address, 50 MB of space, no card. Custom domains and more room are on Pro.
